The monitoring site is the F5AT fumarole vent. The temperature data are acquired by a remotely controlled monitoring station located in the summit area of the La Fossa cone. The sampling interval of 1 day (measurement time is about 12 o’clock), has been selected from the highest number of recorded data. The monitoring activity is still going on. Logging intervals shorter than 1 hour can be programmed by remote, for some periods of time (e.g. weeks). I. S.
